Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour notice before the scheduled photo session must be given in order to receive a full refund. Any notice received after the 48 hour mark will be disregarded and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
No refunds of any kind unless customer is compliant with our 48 hour cancellation policy. Refunds will not be given under any other circumstance (unless an emergency situation arises). All security deposits for bookings are non-refundable.
Liability Policy
No parties employed by Hailey Marie Photography are responsible for any bodily harm or injuries sustained during the photo services.
Client Privacy Policy
Hailey Marie Photography owns any and all images taken by their company and may utilize photographs for social media, website purposes, etc. The only images that will not be shared (unless given consent by client) are boudoir images.

In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
